Eduserv has recently signed a contract to provide the National Gallery of Ireland with a complete redesign and redevelopment of the NGI website, including the supply and implementation of the Sitecore web content management system.
The new website will be delivered in summer 2009. Catherine Sheridan from Library and Research Services at the NGI said:
"The National Gallery of Ireland looks forward to working with Eduserv and TAPE London to design and develop a new and much improved website. We wish to offer our visitors a new and more engaging online experience. We hope to creatively manage this new visitor experience and in doing so achieve and sustain maximum participation with, and access to, the National Gallery of Ireland, its collections, services and resources."
Eduserv will be carrying out all development work and information architecture planning, including a custom installation of Sitecore V6.0, the latest version of the content management system. We will be working in partnership with design agency Tape London, who have built up a list of prestigious clients from the cultural sector.
This contract marks a second major win in the cultural space for Eduserv. Through almost 20 years of experience Eduserv has developed a comprehensive understanding of the UK public sector and has delivered scalable, business critical web solutions for a wide range of public sector organisations including the Department for Education and Skills, the National Museum of Science And Industry, the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency and the Training and Development Agency for Schools.
