Eduserv has been negotiating preferential terms for academic institutions on a wide range of software and data resources through Chest Agreements for twenty years. This shared service has saved the UK academic community a combined £28 million annually on the cost of software and data products.

This area of Eduserv's website was redesigned in 2009. Following extensive research with the users of this site, we arrived at some very clear objectives for making improvements to our web presence. Some of the new features include:

• Faster and easier access to information: a single interface for searching for Agreements
• Intelligent form gathering: licence forms bundled into one downloadable document for ordering
• Highlighted Key Features: an at-a-glance guide to an Agreement's benefits and key details
• Clear navigation: we've updated the menu to make it easier for you to find your way around
• Up-to-date content: legacy content has been removed so you can trust the information you find
• RSS feeds: receive instant updates on news, events and agreements approaching expiry
