PDF Converter Pro: Perpetual site licence available until March 2010

The Chest Agreement for PDF Converter Pro offers institutions a perpetual site-wide licence with home-user rights. PDF Converter Professional from Nuance is a PDF solution offering a combination of creation, conversion, and editing tools, plus commenting and security features. The software allows users to edit directly within a PDF file.

Benefits of the Agreement for PDF Converter Pro:

• Perpetual site licence
• Maintenance, upgrades, and support for a full 3 years is included
• Pricing starts at £1,400 per annum (for three years) for HE sites and £1,100 per annum (for three years) for FE
• Home use is permitted, as long as use is for the normal business of the institution

Institutions may participate at any time until 31st March 2010. The three-year Supported Licence Period starts from the day that an institution joins. From the end of the Supported Licence Period institutions may continue to use all copies of PDF Converter Pro in perpetuity but without any further support and upgrades. No further charges are payable except if continued support and update service are required.
